TDK-Lambda is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation: the DUSH series, a compact, high-performance DIN rail-mounted DC-UPS system designed to deliver dependable backup power for mission-critical applications. The DUSH series is the core of an advanced DC-UPS system, seamlessly connecting the power supply, load, and battery to ensure uninterrupted operations during power outages.

Under standard operating conditions, the load is powered by the input power supply, while the DUSH series manages efficient battery charging. During power failures, the DUSH maintains regulated output voltage by drawing power from the battery, ensuring continuous performance.

    Key features include:

  • Wide Programmable Input/Output Range: Operates with a 10-60V input and provides a programmable 10-58V output, delivering up to 960W and 20A.
  • Multi-Battery Compatibility: Supports lead, nickel, lithium, and supercapacitor technologies up to 1000Ah.
  • Integrated DC-DC Converter: The buck/boost topology decouples battery voltage from load voltage for greater flexibility.
  • Advanced Monitoring & Protection: Features NTC-based battery temperature sensing, internal resistance monitoring, and safeguards against deep discharge.
  • User-Friendly Interfaces: Equipped with a 1.5-inch color LCD, configurable alarm relays, status LEDs, Modbus/RTU connectivity, Mini USB-B port, and PowerCMC software for real-time monitoring and diagnostics.
  • High Efficiency: Achieves up to 98% efficiency, optimizing energy use across diverse applications.
