MEAN WELL introduces new XDR-E DIN rail range - Power
From 75-960W, super compact, up to 96% efficiency, low inrush current and OVC III
We list the main advantages:
Complete power range in one series
The XDR-E is available in more than 20 versions:
- Power ratings: 75W, 120W, 150W, 240W, 480W, and 960W
- Output voltages: 12, 24, 36, and 48 Volts
Extremely compact
The XDR-E is up to 45% more compact than its predecessors. This saves a lot of space on the DIN rail for a more compact installation or machine.
- 30mm width up to 150W
- 40mm width up to 240W
- 48mm width up to 480W
- 96mm width up to 960W
High efficiency and sustainable
The XDR-E has an efficiency of up to 96%. This means low power consumption and little heat generation. Sustainability was also considered during design and production. For example, the XDR-75E-12 has a carbon footprint of only 3.56 KgCO₂e/pcs.
How you save costs in your installation or machine
Overvoltage category OVC III
The XDR-E meets the OVC III classification. This can mean that for certain applications, you no longer need a separate AC transformer to comply with IEC 60204-1.
World certification
Regarding certification, you can safely use the XDR-E. The XDR-E complies with:
- CE, cUL, CCC, EAC, CB, UKCA
- IEC61010-1, IEC61558-1, IEC62368-1
- EN55032 Class B
This covers most of the world, including industry, ICT, AV, laboratories, and measurement environments.
