Laird introduceces hybrid thermal/EMI absorber - Thermal

CoolZorb offers thermal conductivity of 8.5W/m.K and improved EMI damping from 3GHz to 90GHz

Published: 01-01-2025

CoolZorb-MaxZorb is a high-quality hybrid absorbing/thermal management material with a thermal conductivity of 8.5W/m.K and improved EMI damping over a wide frequency range from 3GHz to 90GHz. This material is designed to be used as a traditional thermal interface material between a heat source, such as a high-power IC, and a heatsink or other heat transfer device or metal chassis. CoolZorb-MaxZorb also functions to suppress unwanted energy coupling, resonances, or surface currents that cause EMI issues at the board level.
