Syko Power

In 1973 engineer Reinhard Kalfhaus founded his firm Syko in Mainhausen. After nearly 40 years, Syko Gesellschaft für Forschung und Entwicklung GmbH & Co.KG, as the firm is called since 2005, has become a solid organisation with a very complete product range. All Syko products, both standard and tailor-made, are characterised by superior quality, smart design, and extensive development. This makes Syko a sought-after brand in applications for which quality, durability, and wide applicability play an important role.

Syko's product series are characterised by extremely wide input voltages and operating temperatures, excellent interference suppression, multiple outputs, and a very robust construction. Syko makes AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, AC/AC frequency inverters, regenerators and switched field controls for demanding work environments such as in the rail, military, transportation, and automotive sectors. To this end, the various product lines conform to standards such as EN 60950, EN 55022.B, EN 50155/121, EN 61000-4-4/5, RIA 12, IEC 1287 Level X, UIC 550, VG, and the famous MIL spec.
