To ensure proper operations, quality objectives which are in line with our strategy and company culture, are semi-annually established per working area. A Quality Manager is appointed to monitor our system and intervenes when necessary.
International Organization for Standardization
The ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. The organisation ISO (Geneva) is responsible for establishing and managing thousands of different standards. Most of these are product-oriented, but some standards confirm the quality of generic management systems. By far the best known is the ISO 9001.
Telerex holds an ISO 9001 certificate. This means that our quality system is audited every six months by an external agency and that our customers can be assured of a certain standard of quality.
Telerex will continue to meet the international standards for a large number of customers. Here you can download the ISO 9001 certificate in PDF. If you would like to receive additional information please contact Telerex.

The European Council and the European Parliament adopted a directive known as the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). This Directive 2002/95/EC restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment for any product put on the market from 1 July 2006 and limits the application of the following substances: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6 +), polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE).
A RoHS certificate can be requested per product.
Europe requires all companies that manufacture or import substances in Europe to register. According to the definitions laid down in the European directive (EC 1907/2006) on REACH, the notification of substances in articles is required under the following conditions:
- The substance is listed on the candidate list for authorisation (SVHC)
- The substance is present in articles of which more than 1 tonne per year is produced or imported by one company.
- The substance is present in the articles and has a concentration of >0.1% of the total weight of the article.
What does REACH mean
- Registration - the need to submit a technical file that describes the specific character of a substance
- Evaluation - of the dossier by the government
- Authorisation and restriction – of the use of a substance
- Chemical composition
Telerex will keep a close eye on the further implementation of the guidelines of the Directive and the REACH implementation documents and keep you informed if there are relevant developments.
