My motto is "Just do it". That doesn't always work or always work, but only those who try can have a say in the end. Since my apprenticeship, I have been dealing with electrical connections. They are the cornerstone of global networking. In medicine, where a lot can be at stake, I am all the more pleased to work for a connector manufacturer who lives and breathes the development of new, innovative solutions. At ODU from Mühldorf am Inn, I can use my skills to help develop this desire for perfection in medicine.I will tell you about: The approval procedures for electrical medical products and systems are highly complex due to the requirements of the IEC 60601-1 standard. Lengthy approval procedures can be fast‐tracked if the components are already fully compliant.
I will tell you more about high-tech medical connectors that protect you, the patient and the device. Modern medical connectors need to be robust, customizable and durable. The solution includes inserts that are specifically designed to comply with the levels of user and patient protection prescribed by IEC 60601-1 (2 M00P / 2 M0PP).
