The Nextreme™ Value Chiller Series of recirculating chillers is now expanded with 1200 Watt and 4500 Watt options and is providing an application-specific configurability.
The Nextreme VRC1200 and VRC4500 models are additions to the existing 2400 Watt chiller in the Nextreme Value Chiller Series, offering OEM packaged solutions with similar user-friendliness, dependability, and low maintenance as the Nextreme Performance line.
The Nextreme Value Chiller models utilize advanced components that effectively cool below ambient temperatures, ensuring precise temperature control for various applications. These chillers are particularly suitable for managing thermal conditions in sensitive equipment like industrial lasers, electron microscopes, and imaging devices.
With an impressive coefficient of performance (COP), the Nextreme Value Chiller Series excels in maintaining a consistent thermal set point. It achieves an exceptional accuracy of ±0.5°C in the supply coolant. Monitoring and controlling temperature setpoints, pressure levels, and alarm configurations are effortless through the user-friendly LCD touchscreen display. Additionally, the chillers are equipped with fluid level sensing technology that operates without any moving parts. They also feature RS-232 communications for seamless integration into higher-level assembly control systems, along with supply pressure sensing functionality.
In terms of environmental consciousness, the Nextreme Value Chillers stand out by employing the more eco-friendly R513A refrigerant. This refrigerant offers a significantly reduced Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to conventional hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants, making it a more sustainable choice.
