Quality at Telerex

The quality system of Telerex has been certified according to the ISO standards since 1992. With KIWA N.V. as certifying company, audits are performed at a regular base, at all our offices. A re-certification is performed every three years.

Telerex quality policy statement

Telerex has in her quality policy statement chosen for a quality policy, based on the following eight principles:

To built and maintain an organisation, which objectives are to fulfill the expectations of the customer, to grant his wishes and, if possible, to exceed his expectations.
To create healthy leadership to realise our goals.
To arouse everyones involvement, at all levels.
To help process management contribute to larger efficiency of our activities.
To maintain a system for the management, to work more effectively and more efficiently.
To permanently aim at a continuous improvement.
To approach facts and figures of data and information in a logical and intuitive way, to take efficient decisions.
To create a win-win situation for the customer and ourselves.

To guarantee a succesful system, each half year the management of Telerex establishes quality objectives per domain, which connect also to the strategy, the company policy and the company culture of Telerex.

Telerex has established Mr. W. Kuijlaars as Quality Manager to monitor our quality system and intervene if necessary. To complete this task successfully - a completion that will never end - he can not only count on our complete support, but also on the support of the whole company.
